About the team
The Customer Success Team is responsible for the customer journey from the moment the customers join Flowbox until their renewal. Our ultimate goal is to make a customer achieve their desired outcome through their interaction with Flowbox. As a CSM you will manage different relationships between various internal and external stakeholders and users and you are the voice of the customer towards our product team. We believe that every individual CSM within the team can contribute to make the overall performance of the team stronger.
Your mission 🚀
As a Technical Support Agent you will be a valued member of our CSM team. You will be assisting clients with technical queries and assisting the CSMs with technical support. You will also be mastering implementation methods and be the matter expert on how to implement Flowbox on various pages with different embed codes or scripts. Beside that you will be creating more efficient communication channels between Tech, CSM and Client and owning the first line technical support channels (both internal and external). You will work with the product team to prioritise incoming tickets.
The Technical Support Agent will keep a correct administration including building up technical documentation that can help the company scale up. This also includes updating technical documentation in the knowledge base.
